Axel Kaiser, PhD, is a senior fellow at the Archbridge Institute and co-founder and president of the think tank Foundation for Progress in Santiago de Chile. A Chilean-German lawyer and economist, he is the author of several best-selling books. Dr. Kaiser received his Ph.D. and Master’s degree in investments, commerce, and arbitration from the University of Heidelberg (Germany). He has been highlighted as one of the most influential economists in Latin America.
